At Galloping Goop Equine Products, we want every single one of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Our returns policy is in place to help you understand our returns process and reassure you that we’ll do everything we can in order to guarantee your customer satisfaction.
Once payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email, acknowledging that we have received your order and providing information on how to track the progress of your order.
Orders are generally processed within one working day and our carrier's delivery's range between 1 and 5 days depending on your location and your delivery address.

You must contact us first with queries about or reasons for any returns,
We do not accept goods that have been opened or used in any way,
Any goods damaged in transit must be photographed for claims evidence and NOT USED,
All images requested by us for claims purposes must be taken by the customer and sent to us before any action can be taken,
Damaged goods may be returned to us, they must be unopened and with all original packaging, once received and inspected we will resolve the issue with replacement products if the situation warrants it,
Any return items must be returned within 7 days of receipt,
All products need to be in the original packing material when returned,
We do not offer any refunds for used or damaged products.
Any refund given will be for the value of goods only, we do not refund postage and packaging costs.
All return costs are to be covered by yourself, we do not cover or refund return postage costs.
